Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://www.mnmodel.cc (the "Site") and your purchases from MN Model, operated by LYRA GLOBAL LLC, 5063 S State St, Salt Lake City, UT 84107, United States ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products
We sell DIY miniature book nook kits, miniature house and roombox kits, and accessories such as LED lights and acrylic dust covers. Kits ship unassembled and require assembly by the customer. Many kits include LED lighting, powered by batteries or USB depending on the kit; each product page states whether lighting is included and how it is powered.
Product Images and Descriptions
We try to display our products accurately. Product images may differ slightly from the actual item because of lighting, screen settings, and minor production variations. Finished appearance depends on your assembly.
Safety Warnings
Our kits are hobby and craft products for ages 14 and up. They are not toys.
WARNING - CHOKING HAZARD: Small parts. Not suitable for children under 14 years. Keep small parts, batteries and packaging away from young children.
Assembly may require a craft knife and glue, which must be used under adult supervision. Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with the kit.
Batteries and LED lights: Use only the battery type and USB power source stated on the product page and in the instructions. Do not mix old and new batteries, do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries, and remove batteries when the light will not be used for a long time. WARNING (button/coin cell batteries, where a kit uses them): swallowing a button or coin battery can cause serious internal burns and death within hours. Keep new and used batteries away from children. If you think a battery may have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
Dispose of batteries and electronic parts according to local recycling rules; do not dispose of them with household waste.
Product Safety Information (EU)
Key safety warnings (age 14+, small parts, batteries) are set out in the Safety Warnings section above and are supplied with the kit together with the assembly instructions. Manufacturer details, product identification and further product safety information under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 are available on request at admin@mnmodel.cc. To report a product safety concern, email admin@mnmodel.cc.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Before you pay, checkout shows the items, the total price including shipping and any applicable taxes, the delivery options and links to these Terms and our policies. We may accept or decline any order, and may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if a pricing error occurs. You will receive an email confirmation after you order; the order is accepted when it ships. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation by You
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships by emailing admin@mnmodel.cc with your order number. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our Refund & Return Policy (and EU consumers may use their 14-day right of withdrawal).
Pricing and Pricing Errors
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and your payment is charged in USD. If the Site displays a converted price in another currency, it is an estimate for convenience only; your card issuer or bank sets the final exchange rate and may charge a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee. For US orders, applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. For EU orders, prices shown are tax-inclusive and EU orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): MN Model pays the EU import VAT and any customs duties through our DDP carrier, so the total shown at checkout is the total you pay and nothing extra is charged on delivery (see our Shipping Policy). Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Price Reductions and Promotions
When we advertise a price reduction (for example, a crossed-out "was" price), the earlier price shown is the lowest price at which we offered the product in the 30 days before the reduction. The terms of any discount code or promotion (eligible items, minimum spend, start and end dates) are shown with the promotion. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed unless the promotion says otherwise. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you to confirm the order at the correct price.
Payment
Payments are processed by Wix Payments and its payment-processing partners through our secure Wix checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal, plus any other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is charged in USD at the time of order. Checkout pages use SSL/HTTPS encryption, and card details are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers; we do not store your full card number.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms. In summary: orders are processed in 1-2 business days and ship from our US warehouse; US Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) is $4.99, free on orders over $49; US Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) is $9.99; EU Shipping (7-14 business days) is $14.99, Delivered Duty Paid with taxes and duties included; 30-day returns from delivery on unused, unassembled items. EU consumers also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, or our obligations for defective items under our Refund & Return Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYRA GLOBAL LLC and its members, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Use of products contrary to the safety warnings is at the risk of the purchaser or supervising adult, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
Consumers in the European Union
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the laws of your country of residence, notwithstanding the choice of Utah law above. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at admin@mnmodel.cc; we reply within 1-2 business days and will try to resolve it directly. We are not obliged and do not currently participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the "Last updated" date shown above.
