Refund & Return Policy

MN Model (https://www.mnmodel.cc) is operated by LYRA GLOBAL LLC. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds work. It applies to all orders, including returns for change of mind and returns of defective items. All amounts are in US dollars (USD).
Return Window
You may return an item within 30 days of the delivery date (the date your carrier shows the package as delivered). This applies to orders shipped within the United States and to the European Union. There are no final-sale items.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and unassembled, in their original packaging.
- Kits that have been opened for assembly, glued, cut, painted or otherwise used cannot be returned for change of mind. Defective, damaged or incomplete items are covered separately (see below).
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at admin@mnmodel.cc, or use the contact form on our Contact Us page, within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We will reply within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping service.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process the return.
Return Shipping Cost
The customer pays the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect (wrong item sent) or missing parts. In those cases we cover the return shipping cost. We recommend a trackable service and keeping your receipt, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. For US orders, the refund includes any sales tax paid on the returned items. For EU orders, prices are tax-inclusive, so the refund is the full item price you paid. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time to post the credit. We will email you when your refund has been issued.
Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns (except for EU consumers who withdraw from the whole order - see "Customers in the European Union" below). They are refunded in full if the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect item.
Expedited Shipping Fee
The US Expedited Shipping fee ($9.99) is non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect item, in which case it is refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed. Email admin@mnmodel.cc with your order number and the item you would like instead. If the new item has a different price, we will tell you the difference to pay or refund.
Defective, Damaged or Missing-Part Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with missing parts, or if we sent the wrong item, email admin@mnmodel.cc with your order number and clear photos within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice. Return shipping, if a return is required, is paid by us.
Customers in the European Union
This section applies to consumers (individuals buying for personal use) who live in a European Union country. It gives you the rights required by EU consumer law, in addition to our 30-day return policy above. Nothing in this section limits your mandatory legal rights.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you named, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several packages, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last package. Our own return window is 30 days from delivery, which is longer than the statutory 14 days; the withdrawal rules below (including the refund of standard delivery costs) apply to withdrawals made within the 14 days, and our standard return terms apply to returns made after that and within 30 days.
How to Withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to admin@mnmodel.cc or by post to LYRA GLOBAL LLC, 5063 S State St, Salt Lake City, UT 84107, United States. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the 14-day period has expired. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.

Effects of Withdrawal - Refund
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (EU Shipping) when you withdraw from the whole order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Because EU orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid with tax-inclusive prices, you never pay import VAT or duties separately, and there is nothing extra to reclaim. We will refund using the same payment method you used for the order, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
If you withdraw from only part of your order, the delivery cost is refunded only to the extent required by law.
Returning the Goods
Please send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 days have expired. Contact admin@mnmodel.cc first so we can give you the return address and instructions.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except where the goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete (in which case we pay). Because our warehouse is in the United States, return postage from the EU can be significant; we recommend using a trackable service and keeping your proof of postage.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please keep the kit unused, unassembled and in its original packaging.
Legal Guarantee of Conformity (2 Years)
EU consumers have a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery for goods that are defective or do not match their description. If your item is defective or not as described, contact admin@mnmodel.cc with your order number and photos. You are entitled to have the goods brought into conformity (repair or replacement) free of charge, or, where that is not possible or not proportionate, to a price reduction or refund, as provided by the law of your country. This guarantee exists in addition to, and does not affect, your other rights under this policy.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Email admin@mnmodel.cc as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under this policy. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (usually sooner). If we must cancel your order (for example, because an item is out of stock), we will notify you by email and refund you in full.
