This statement was last updated on October 28, 2026.
MN Model (https://www.mnmodel.cc) is an online store operated by LYRA GLOBAL LLC, 5063 S State St, Salt Lake City, UT 84107, United States. We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to browse our kits, place an order and get help with ease.
Our Commitment
We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are continuing to review and improve the site.
What We Are Doing
-Using the Wix Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues
- Setting the site language and a logical reading order for page content
- Using clear heading structures on our pages
- Adding alternative (alt) text to product and page images
- Choosing text and background colors with readable contrast
- Keeping motion and auto-playing media to a minimum
- Supporting keyboard navigation and screen readers through the Wix platform
Known Limitations and Third-Party Content
Our site is built on the Wix platform. Some parts of the site, such as the checkout and payment pages (Wix Payments and PayPal), the cookie banner and embedded third-party content, are provided by third parties and may not be fully within our control. Some older product images may still be missing detailed alt text, and we are adding it over time. If any part of the site is difficult for you to use, please let us know and we will help.
Need Help or Want to Report an Issue?
If you have trouble using any part of our website, find an accessibility barrier, or would like product information or help placing an order in another way, please email us at admin@mnmodel.cc. Please tell us the page address (URL) and describe the problem. We reply within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
