- Payment information: payments are processed securely through our Wix checkout by Wix Payments and its payment-processing partners, including PayPal if you choose to pay with PayPal. Card details are entered on the secure checkout and handled by these PCI-DSS compliant providers; we do not see or store your full card number.

- Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

- To process and deliver orders, send order confirmations and tracking, and handle returns and refunds

- To provide customer support

- To operate, secure and improve the Site

These providers may set cookies or use similar technologies (such as pixels and device identifiers) to collect information about your browsing activity, such as pages viewed, products added to cart and purchases, together with your IP address and device information. We do not send them sensitive personal information, and our Site and ads are not directed to children.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with:

- Service providers that help us run the store, such as Wix, payment processors (Wix Payments and PayPal), our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers (including our customs/DDP carrier for EU orders, which needs your name, address and order contents to clear customs)

- Analytics and advertising partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft and AppLovin), which may be considered "sharing" or "selling" under some US state laws because of cookie-based (cross-context behavioral) advertising

- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including to fulfill orders, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Categories of personal information we collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email, postal address, IP address); commercial information (orders and purchase history); internet or other electronic network activity (browsing and interaction with the Site and our ads); and geolocation inferred from IP address. Sources: you, your device, and our service providers. Purposes: those listed under "How We Use Information". We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. In the past 12 months we have not sold personal information for money, but we have "shared" identifiers and internet activity with the advertising partners named above for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

How to opt out of sale/sharing ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"): you can (1) reject or turn off advertising cookies in the cookie banner on our Site; (2) turn on a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser - we honor GPC as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser; or (3) email admin@mnmodel.cc with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". You do not need an account to opt out.

To make any other privacy request (access, deletion, correction), email admin@mnmodel.cc. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Residents of other US states with consumer privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and Oregon) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of their personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising and sale. We are based in the United States, and your personal data is transferred to and processed in the United States, and may be processed in other countries by our service providers (such as Wix, payment providers, carriers and advertising partners). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Retention

We keep order and account-related data for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements (which may be several years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Cookie data is kept for the periods set by each cookie. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Cookie Consent for EU Visitors

For visitors in the EU, EEA and UK, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies and similar technologies (analytics and advertising, including Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft and AppLovin tags) through a cookie banner on the Site. We use industry-standard measures, including SSL encryption at checkout, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
