It depends on the kit. Small kits may take a few hours, while larger house and roombox kits can take several evenings. Take your time and enjoy the process - step-by-step instructions are included with every kit.

Our kits are DIY craft projects designed for hobbyists and are not toys. They require patience and careful handling of small parts. They are not suitable for children under 14, and any craft knife and glue use must be supervised by an adult.

Kits ship unassembled. Depending on the kit, you may need items such as glue, tweezers, scissors or a craft knife. Please check the product page and the included instructions for details. Use a craft knife and glue only with adult supervision.

Many kits include LED lighting, powered by batteries or USB depending on the kit - see each product page for whether lighting is included and how it is powered. Unless the product page says otherwise, batteries are not included; the product page lists the battery type needed. Keep batteries, especially button/coin cells, away from children: if swallowed they can cause serious injury. Seek medical help immediately if a battery may have been swallowed.

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and ship from our US warehouse. US Standard Shipping takes 3-7 business days after your order ships and costs $4.99, or is free on orders over $49. US Expedited Shipping takes 2-3 business days and costs $9.99. EU Shipping takes 7-14 business days and costs $14.99, with taxes and duties included. We currently ship to the United States and EU countries. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Yes. We email you a tracking number for every order as soon as it ships. If you haven't received it within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then email admin@mnmodel.cc.

You can return unused, unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please email admin@mnmodel.cc first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. There is no restocking fee, and refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. See our Refund & Return Policy.

We're sorry about that! Email admin@mnmodel.cc within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice, and we cover any return shipping needed.

Yes. You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships and receive a full refund. Once it has shipped, you can return it under our 30-day Refund & Return Policy. Exchanges are also allowed - email admin@mnmodel.cc with your order number and the item you'd like instead, and we'll let you know any price difference.

Not at this time. If you are sending a gift, you can enter the recipient's address at checkout.

Yes, for US orders. Expedited Shipping costs $9.99 and delivers in 2-3 business days after your order ships. The 1-2 business day processing time still applies before shipping. Free shipping on orders over $49 applies to US Standard Shipping only.

Yes. We ship to EU countries from our US warehouse for a flat $14.99. Delivery is typically 7-14 business days after your order ships (processing takes 1-2 business days). EU orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid, so import VAT and duties are already covered.

No. EU orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Prices shown to EU customers are tax-inclusive, and MN Model pays the import VAT and any customs duties through our DDP carrier. You will not pay anything extra on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for payment, please don't pay it - contact admin@mnmodel.cc and we'll sort it out.

Yes. EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email admin@mnmodel.cc with your order number; a model withdrawal form is included in our Refund & Return Policy. We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice (we may wait until the goods are returned or you show proof of sending) and refund the standard delivery cost on a full withdrawal. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. Our general 30-day return window is longer than the 14-day statutory period.

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and you are charged in USD. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal, plus any other payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Wix Payments; we never see your full card number. If you pay with a non-USD card, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

No. Our kits are hobby and craft products for ages 14 and up. They contain small parts and may require a craft knife and glue, so keep them away from young children.

For US orders with Standard Shipping, order by Wednesday, December 16, 2026 (11:59 PM Mountain Time). Our US warehouse ships the final pre-Christmas orders on December 17. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and EU orders need extra time, so please order earlier. See our Shipping Policy for details.
